A rapid prototyping engagement that uses agile methodologies to create a pilot cloud BI solution and provides a longer-term BI roadmap.
This 2-week engagement is aimed at enabling you with everything you need to start reaping the value from your data in a secure and scalable way regardless of size and complexity.
This assessment will be executed using Nihilent's Agile BI Methodology that allows for rapid prototyping of data & reports based on business needs and therefore providing business users with actionable reports and dashboards quicker.
Agenda
Week 1
- Current state of data and reporting infrastructure
- Understand business needs for data insights
- Session to plan and create roadmap for implementing possible solution/recommendations on Microsoft Azure/Cloud technologies
Week 2
- Proof of Concept (select focus area based on Week 1 findings) on Microsoft Azure for data management and analytics
- This PoC will be executed based on Nihilent's Agile BI Methodology to allow for rapid prototyping of data and reports to meet business analytics needs
Deliverables
- Roadmap for implementing BI and data warehouse solutions on the Microsoft Azure/Cloud platform
- Azure consumption plan that aligns with the implementation roadmap
- Proof of Concept developed on the Microsoft Cloud Platform
