Our offers start with an assessment of your environment, both on-premises and cloud, to understand the current state and use of Microsoft solutions, mainly but not limited to following fields: • Identity and access – What are the main identity service, how is Active Directory used and does it have any connectivity to Azure AD. How are users and devices managed on the corporate level and what access each user or device have to corporate services and data. • Endpoint management – What system is used today to manage end user devices and servers, how are policies enforced and what are the customer requirements • Endpoint protection – What level of protection is deployed today and how is it managed. • Threat protection – How is the customer verifying the overall security level of the organization and verifying they are aware of any threats The outcome of this assessment is a detailed document exposing the security level, what is implemented and adding to the security level and what vulnerabilities exist and can be mitigated using Microsoft security arsenal of products.

Following the assessment outcome and a workshop performed, Neway Technologies (abra) implements Microsoft solutions according to your requirements. Our focus is to assist the IT and Security teams to better manage their environment and endpoints using the Defender Suite, incorporate all configurations in a single platform and receive the best value out of the Microsoft licenses. Neway Technologies (abra) solution for endpoint management is based on Microsoft Endpoint Manager, using the below required services: • Microsoft Intune • Configuration Manager • Co-management • Windows Autopilot • Defender for endpoint Following this initial assessment, a Low-Level design document is written which includes a detailed analysis of the current requirements and their proposed solution and implementation in the cloud. A base line configuration is configured in Intune for all the security needs, application deployments, PowerShell scripts and registry settings. All these are deployed on a pilot group and then rolled to all other Windows 10 endpoints, result is full management in Intune and in the case that all devices are managed in SCCM, then the migration of all SCCM workloads to Intune. In parallel, we normally work with the helpdesk department on Windows Autopilot to base the requirements for newly added or refurbished Windows 10 endpoints. This is critical for future deployment processes and removal of any on-premises dependencies. A major part of the project is documenting the process and delivering "How To" articles and explanations of the required processes for managing the system following the project end. Helpdesk and IT training sessions are performed so that your organization can work easily and be acquainted as fast as possible with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Defender Suite.
