PACK COMMERCIAL IN DYNAMICS 365 BUSINESS CENTRAL

The Dynamics 365 Business Central Commercial Pack is designed for companies that want to deploy the commercial module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This service includes the set up of entire commercial circuit of purchase and sale with all the documents involved with accounting and product management.

STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION

1. Setup: Incorporation of the configuration data and parameterization of the package. This will be the environment from which the project starts.

2. Customer Setup: Training to key users of the built-in configuration. Review of master tabs and customer-specific configuration settings.

3. Accompanying the master data incorporation: A basic template is provided for the customer to fill in the master data.

4. Training: Training sessions on the standard functionality of Dynamics 365 Business Central according to the topics of each Pack. These sessions are conducted by the Netzer trainer. They are aimed at key users.

5. UAT Training: These sessions are intended for users to apply their day-to-day work in Dynamics 365 Business Central, with transactions as real as possible. In this phase, if the route taken by the users and the different examples and scenarios, they try out are complete and extensive, it can be taken as a simulation of the project's output.

This phase is carried out by the user and the trainer is attentive to resolve any doubts that may arise. It is not a repetition of the training but a tutelage of the tests that the users perform.

6. Go live: Support, on the part of the trainer, in the project launch.

EXECUTION TIME

In about 10 hours spread over a week, we will complete the implementation and training.

The estimated implementation price only corresponds to the Dynamics 365 Business Central commercial module, called “Pack Comercial”. It will not be possible to implement the Commercial Pack if Dynamics 365 Business Central is not available first.
