The TelCloud solution makes use of Direct Routing which enables customers to bring their own telecom services into the Microsoft Cloud for Microsoft Phone System, in Teams. Our solution connects your Microsoft 365 tenant to a service provider certified SBC for routing calls to the Public Telephone Network (PTN). This solution has a monthly subscription service to our PTN service provider, pricing can be provided based on customer requirements!
