To ensure you realize the full value of your investment of your Microsoft 365 licensing, our Adoption and Change Management offer will provide you with a structure and approach to support your organization to prepare, plan for and adopt these new technologies and new ways of working to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced. Specific technologies in the Microsoft 365 stack covered are Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 10 and various end-user security features.

The importance of people understanding the ‘why’ behind change assists in moving from your current state, through the transition state and into the future state. Working with you, we assist in transitioning individuals through their own process of change so that they adopt quicker by working to a clearly defined framework.

  3. Identify early areas of resistance and create a Resistance Plan. Create a communication plan and assist in creating a training plan.
  4. Do a Gap Analysis and Corrective Actions to reinforce the change and always celebrate successes
