Engagement Overview (1 week):

Meet with the sponsor(s) and build a business case (Case for Change).
Analyse how Change Ready the business (management) is. By working with the primary and secondary sponsors create the Change Management Strategy that will speak to the Why and "What is in it for me".
Identify early areas of resistance and create a Resistance Plan. Create a communication plan and assist in creating a training plan.
Do a Gap Analysis and Corrective Actions to reinforce the change and always celebrate successes
