The goal of this solution is to maintain a strong governance on the teams structure to avoid uncontrolled autonomous management and ensuring compliance with the company naming conventions. The starting point is a customize SharePoint site where users can send a request for the creation of a new team. Once the request is submitted, a dedicated approval and validation flow based on Power Automate is triggered.
