The assessment evaluates your organization's current data governance practices and determines the appropriate level of service needed—Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Custom—to implement effective information management and protection solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform.

LEVELS OF SERVICE

  • Bronze: offers an access review, performing a single check of access permissions to various content and resources on SharePoint. It also standardizes permissions into groups based on Microsoft 365, simplifying future reviews.

  • Silver: includes periodic review of access, ensuring regular monitoring of access permissions. It also introduces sensitivity labels, labels that classify content according to its level of confidentiality and enforce appropriate security rules.

  • Gold: includes all the services of the Silver package, while also adding two advanced features: data loss prevention (DLP), a system that protects sensitive data from loss or theft, and retention, a policy that determines how long content should be retained or deleted in accordance with current regulations or business needs.

  • Custom: Tailor-made offer, customized to meet individual customer needs.
