Firstline Worker: -2 Week Workshop

Frontline Workers are employees who are the first point of contact between a company and the world it serves.

We will conduct a 'Enable your Frontline Worker' workshop with you, to discuss goals, identify blockers and explore solutions. This will assist us in understanding your environment and identifying opportunities to help you achieve continuous business value from your FLW Teams & Microsoft Office 365 investment. To demonstrate the value, Mint will include the pilot of an incident logging app with frontline workers. The incident app provides employees with the ability to log incidents or scenarios that can be applied for SHEQ or Facilities management in any organization. The app can be accessed through a mobile device, log GPS coordinates, and the ability to upload photos of the scenario if applicable.

• 1000+ Firstline Workers that are not currently licensed on an Microsoft 365 Firstline SKU (F1, F3)
• 5000+ Existing Firstline Worker licenses (F1, F3) that have less than 40% monthly active usage (MAU)
