  • Pre-workshop digital material preparation, finalisation & digitally distributed
  • Mandatory pre-workshop Introductory Readiness sessions on MS Teams (2 x 30 minutes)
  • Full day online workshop on MS Teams (8 hours)
  • Post-workshop team online follow ups, progress monitoring & guidance on MS Teams (total 4 hours = 8 x 30 minutes)
  • Post-workshop digital report & client online feedback on MS Teams (1 hour)

Pricing may increase due to:

  • delays by the customer
  • connectivity failures
  • rescheduling of any sessions or meetings by the customer
