Mercury Staffing - Power Platform Preparation Deployment

Mercury Staffing and Recruitment is designed to integrate with an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. Mercury can provide additional implementation consulting where necessary, to ensure the target environment is suitably set up to get the best from Mercury, and to help with the implementation of Mercury's Staffing and Recruitment software.

Mercury’s Power Platform Preparation assessment services offers training for developers, governance, management of Power Platform portfolios, and professional development services for complex business applications. We aim to maximize the value of investments in Microsoft's Power Platform as part of a Mercury Staffing and Recruitment adoption cycle, through ideation workshops, training programs, and custom development services, leading to an optimized implementation through custom branded and tailored Power Apps for role based users to access core functionality in Dynamics 365 and Mercury.

Terms, conditions, pricing, and timelines are tailored to each customer's unique requirements though we estimate that a 3-5 day engagement may be a suitable starting point for most customers to outline what the customization needs are, while multi-site deployment with fully built custom Power Apps would take a longer period.

This assessment offering has three phases:

• Configuration of Power Platform environment as required to support a smooth implementation Mercury Staffing and Recruitment; defining user roles and responsibilities
• Implementation of Mercury Staffing and Recruitment and customization of rules depending on specific business needs as identified at the outset of this engagement.
• Custom development of Power Apps (based on template examples provided, or fully custom built as appropriate) and supporting Power Automate flows, to provide a role-based front end to Mercury functionality.
