The work consists of 6 weeks interviews and workshops, during which we create Power Platform Governance & Adoption model to ensure the controlled use of Power Platform technology in the organization.
During 6 weeks, we create a Power Platform Governance & Adoption model. In this we focus on creating a clear governance model, providing inspiration of the possibilities of the low-code technology and plan concrete steps for organizations to utilize more Power Platform in their processes. As a result, we create a common vision of what Power Platform aims to achieve, consistent development practices and an adoption roadmap towards to the vision.
