Modern Work 4-week Workshop Design Sprint

In this 4-week Design Sprint we combine service design methods and technology and discover the business objectives as well as the different user roles and needs. We take into consideration the entire digital, modern work environment. We focus on concretizing the roles of the tools and providing inspiration of the possibilities of the Microsoft 365 environment, especially Teams as a platform. As a result, we create a roadmap for modern work that enhances communication, teamwork and ultimately - Employee Experience - with Microsoft 365.

Design Sprint Content:

Week 1 Kick off workshop: Discovering business objectives

Week 2 Data collection workshop: Current internal communications and collaboration tools analysis Optional: target group interviews, employee survey Analysis of the workshop and interview/survey results

Week 3 Modern Work inspiration workshop: The art of possible and envisioning the target state

Week 4 Co-creation workshop: building a roadmap to Modern Work
