Security Assessment: 15 days assessment for Microsoft 365

This 15-days security assessment and implementation will help you assess the security posture of your organization.

To provide the most effective and efficient services possible, we dedicate multi-party teams to our efforts. The structure of the team varies based on your needs but is always comprised of Max Solution experts with substantive knowledge and experience in the task at hand. For Day 1-3, we will discover your needs through discussions, question and answer sessions, and workshops. We will also propose Microsoft 365 to fit your needs. Next, on Day 4-6, the discussion will be around policies that you can implement with Microsoft 365 such as secured access to work data, labelling and encryption, DLP, with your Admin, HR and IT team. After planning workshops, on Day 7-9 we will focus on setting up the environment for assessment. On Day 10-12, we will be monitoring, fine-tuning and compiling reports from the assessment. Lastly, on Day 13-15 and beyond, we will review, provide an assessment report, and discuss what is next for your organization.

Deliverables: Vision & Scope document, Planning & Migration Strategy document, Assessment reports.

The assessment includes:

Day 1-3: Kick off with our team and customers' key stakeholders and technical teams. Start with a high-level discussion of business requirements and technical requirements. Envisioning of the environment. The goal is to understand how the Microsoft 365 suit can help with security like identity management, information protection and compliance, for secured work from anywhere.

Day 4-6: Deeper dive of Microsoft 365 security components based on the business requirements, how Microsoft 365 can help with the business requirements with policies and configurations. This is the planning session of what you would like to have with cloud technology.

Day 7-9: Implementation phase of Microsoft 365 security assessment tools.

Day 10-12: The stabilizing phase where we will monitor and fine-tuning and compiling assessment report.

Day 13-15: Assessment review and presentation, and sign-off. Customers will have the Microsoft 365 roadmap laid out and the direction to move forward to the next phases.
