The assessment includes:
Day 1: Kickoff with our team and customers' key stakeholders and technical teams. Start with a high-level discussion of business requirements and technical requirements. Envisioning of the environment. The goal is to understand how the Microsoft 365 suit can help the business Front Line Worker be it with productive tools like Teams and Outlook or with security like identity management, information protection and compliance.
Day 2: Deeper dive of Microsoft 365 components based on the business requirements, how Microsoft 365 can help with the business requirements.
Day 3: Deeper dive of Microsoft 365 components based on the business requirements. Vision & Scope document preparation based on discussions.
Day 4: Document preparation with action plans.
Day 5: Vision & Scope presentation and sign-off. With the Vision & Scope, customers will have the Microsoft 365 roadmap laid out and the direction to move forward.
