Microsoft 365 Adoption : 3-6 Day Adoption Workshop

Marathon’s planning workshop and readiness assessment will help you to gain knowledge around current Microsoft 365 feature sets and capabilities. We will help you to understand the benefits of a modern working model for your business in conjunction with the capabilities of available technology. We will assess your current on-premise productivity estate and work with you to produce high level planning for the transition to Microsoft 365 across your business.

The cost would typically be £3,500-£6,950 depending on the size of your business and complexity of services already running and available for migration.

A typical engagement would last 3-6 days of activity comprising:

1. 1 - 2 day analysis
2. 2.5 - 5.5 days report writing
3. 0.5 days presentation of findings

After your workshop, and quantitative and qualitative analysis, we will present our written report back to you to discuss our findings and recommendations for next steps.
