This streamlines and manages the recruitment process from the applicant to the HR and Heads of Department. Consolidating every effort and input with a single platform.
Recruitment App helps applicant apply for employment, HR picks and assign to the respective department Head, department Head Declines or Approves, at declination, HR probes this and either re assign applicant or discard from the platform while at approval, HR is able to schedule an aptitude test or Interview either for a single applicant or bulk number of applicant, whereafter the HR comes to the portal to either employ, decline employment or save to repository for later consideration.
The following Office 365 Tools were leveraged to make this possible:
Microsoft form: This is leveraged for the applicant with an external email address to apply for employment.
SharePoint: This serves as the database for the application.
Power Automate: This ensures notifications and population of columns in the database.
Power Apps: This is the interface of the application that interacts with every role but applicant in this process: HR Admin uses Power Apps to configure roles, departments and divisions, Manager uses Power Apps to view, approve or decline applicant, HR uses PowerApps to view applicant details, assign manager, schedule aptitude test and interview, employ applicant and save applicant into a repository bucket for record purposes. Microsoft Teams: This is leveraged for the interview or aptitude exercise, scheduled on Power Apps
