With the following service, we offer end-to-end 8-week Power BI implementation for the business function of your choice. Projects of this kind are usually divided into 5 stages (which can, however, be adjusted after initial analysis of a client's requirements):

1. Business analysis: identification of business information needs, reporting requirements and KPIs definitions;
   
2. Technical analysis: mapping of sources and structure of data, source data transformation and integration;
   
3. Report mock-ups;
   
4. Power BI report development, including data model preparation, DAX measures development and optimization;
   
5. UATs.
   
   The proposed fee of the offer has been estimated based on average time needed for execution of past implementations, considering the necessary experience and knowledge of employees involved.
   
   The following aspects may, however, affect the final fee and will be considered in price quote on a per-client basis:
   

• structure of data sources,
  
• data consolidation process,
  
• process for report refresh,
  
• report standard (UX interface and data model complexity).
