• Optimize IT resources with streamlined setup and management

What You Can Expect

• Align on pilot objectives by inviting key business decision makers to sponsor the pilot.
• Identify top use cases and scenarios for Teams Phone in your organization.
• Define pilot scope and objectives for a Small Scale 90 Day pilot for:
  • 50 users with Teams Phone with a telephone number assigned to each user (Minimum 25 users)
  • One supported PSTN Connectivity method (Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Teams Phone Mobile and/or Direct Routing)
  • At least two Call Queues and Auto Attendants
• Get training and support to enable your pilot end users and administrators.
• Identify potential blockers and challenges ahead of a broader commitment.
• An actionable plan outlining potential workstreams and dependencies with clear next steps
