Dynamics 365 for F&O Diagnostic: 8 Week Assessment

Implementing an ERP solution is not a trivial task - and to support this process Altron Karabina has devised a short engagement which is conducted as a standalone consulting service to assist customers with a 'diagnostic' to scope the project.

This approach has been used by us many times over the years to assist customers in understanding and assessing their readiness for the ongoing transformation journey. Together with your team, the diagnostic helps Altron Karabina unpack and understand your business model and processes and performs a 'fit / gap analysis' to map your business (the processes that are and not yet defined) to the standard processes in Dynamics 365 and identifies those that need to be catered for on a custom basis.

The 'Diagnostic' will produce the following high level deliverables:

• Business Control Model - As is and To Be
• Review of the current pain points and challenges with current systems and processes
• Business Requirements Document (version 1)
• Level 1 and 2 processes modelled
• Fit/Gap Analysis & verification against the standard processes in Dynamics 365
• Costing for the implementation of Dynamics 365 platform
• Scope of the implementation and optional phases
• Estimation of the users and licensing based on the requirements

The engagement is run through a number of workshops over a period of 4-8 weeks dependent on the size and scope of the company's operations which will also define the exact price.
