Microsoft Teams Deployment: 1-Week Implementation

Tasks that are implemented as part of the provision of the service:

• Synchronization of Active Directory with Azure AD, within the same forest \ customer domain

• Providing SSO for domain workstations

• OneDrive, SharePoint services activation for Microsoft Teams

• As part of the provision of the system deployment service, the following resources are configured:

• Azure AD Connect sync server - up to 1 unit (current hardware resources of the customer can be used)

• Synchronized AD Accounts – Unlimited

• Automation of the deployment of the Teams package in one of the proposed ways to the specified workstations of the Customer

• Deployment support at 5 Customer workstations

• Initial Microsoft Teams setup for all users in organization

• The customer independently leads the systems and end customers participating in the project in accordance with the minimum requirements

• Works are carried out by means of a remote connection to the customer's corporate network

Scope Of Work: IT Infrastructure Assessment and Documentation Preparation:

• Active Directory assessment and workstation settings

• Document Preparation: "Microsoft Teams Deployment Requirements"

• Document Preparation: "Microsoft Teams Administrator's instructions"

Synchronization Services deployment:

• Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, domain ownership confirmation, appropriate records in DNS configuration

• Azure AD Connect Server installation enable sync (need a virtual or physical machine)

• DNS setup and service activation

• SSO activation, GPO preparation

Microsoft Teams setup:

• Microsoft Teams tenant configuration and Licenses assignment

• Microsoft Teams package deployment using one of the proposed methods (GPO / Intune / SCCM / Open Source Solution)

• Integration settings configuration with third-party Microsoft Teams apps

• Resolution of errors\Consulting

• Consult Services: up to 4 hours within 2 weeks after work completion
