Training Options

Jasco highly suggests training to ensure the successful adoption of Teams Phone System and to minimise support calls to the ICT support team.

In our experience the most effective training around the solution is to give a brief overview of Teams as a whole, then focus on Meetings and Calling. This training is designed to quickly give your Change Champions enough familiarity around the product and how it works, so that they can support and educate other staff. This includes functionalities such as Teams, Channels, Meetings, and PSTN calling for greater user adoption training.

At the conclusion of your deployment Jasco will optionally deliver a Microsoft Teams administration training session with your IT team focusing on the administration of Microsoft Phone System.
