The goal is to show the client a sales, marketing or service solution within 2 workshops without a large preevaluation. This enables a direct entry into the CRM world via the Microsoft Power Platform.
This offer includes several services and delivery objects, which are all part of the isolutions CRM discovery phase. We provide to you two workshops of half a day each, ending with a discussion of the results incl. recommendations for further actions.
The first workshop will focus on the business topics such as an analysis of the current working methods, processes as well setting your goals of the project. The second workshop will focus on the technological side such as clarifications regarding configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud, extension of the solution. Further topics are discussion of possible integrations of peripheral systems in Dynamics 365 (entities, frequency etc.) and the migration of existing data.
A high-level solution concept for your future CRM solutions as well an CRM roadmap will result as delivery objects to support you pushing your CRM-initiative one step further.
At the end of these workshops, the results will be discussed in a management meeting including recommendations from isolutions for the road to success with your CRM-solution from Microsoft.
