Power Automate - 6 Hour Workshop

This intensive, instructor-led workshop shows how to turn repetitive tasks into reliable automations with Microsoft Power Automate. In six focused hours, you’ll cover the end-to-end lifecycle: designing flows, choosing the right triggers and actions, working with data and expressions, adding human approvals, hardening with error handling, and packaging your work in organization-ready Solutions.

What you’ll do and learn:

Build cloud flows that connect Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, and popular third-party services

Use variables, conditions, loops, parallel branches, and the Parse JSON action for robust data handling

Create Approvals (e.g., Start and wait for an approval) with dynamic content and Teams notifications for human-in-the-loop scenarios

Diagnose and harden flows with run history, Scope + Configure run after, retry policies, and concurrency control

Package, move, and version your work with Solutions (including environment variables and connection references), and understand environments, security

Automate UI tasks with Power Automate Desktop (attended RPA) and leverage AI Builder document processing to extract data from forms and invoices

Audience & prerequisites: Business users, analysts, IT pros, and makers who want practical automation skills. No coding background required; basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 is helpful. A tenant with Power Automate access and sample data (SharePoint/Excel) is recommended.
