Dyn 365 Independent Project: 10-Day Assessment

INSIGHT Business Solutions offers a 3rd party reviewer of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project, periodically to help you ensure that your investment is on the right track. The consulting service will be conducted onsite with you and the leaders team once or twice a week, depending on the stage of the project.

The suggested duration is 10 visits over the period of the project for a cost of $10,000 ++.

Included within this service are the following:

• Prior to start, review of the proposed project plan and responsibilities
• Attend the kick-off meeting
• Conduct periodic reviews on the status of the project
• Conduct a review all delivered documentation including FRD, TDD, Sign-Offs, etc.
