Infosys A3 Framework

The A3 framework for Industry Clouds is a consulting framework developed by Infosys to enable clients in their transformative journey to Microsoft Industry Clouds. It is a structured approach that helps clients in assessing where they are w.r.t their vision, technology landscape, and transformation requirements and how to use the Microsoft Industry Cloud/s as an enabler to get there. Every Industry Cloud needs to be deployed, tailored to the client needs and enhanced, and this framework enables this by simplifying the transformative journey with the help of pre-built tools and templates for each Industry Cloud and Domain. A3 framework encompasses ADVISE, ADOPT and AMPLIFY processes to help clients leverage the Industry Cloud offerings to their full potential, with the right components based on their business objectives with the ability to unlock possibilities for greater outcomes. The 6-week (extensible to 8 weeks) service for the ADVISE offering of the A3 framework consists of: ADVISE  Unearth value creation possibilities.  Envision the future state with industry cloud.  Realize more value out of the Industry Cloud/s.

Post the ADVISE offering, the ADOPT and AMPLIFY pillars of the framework will be executed consisting of the following activities: ADOPT  Detailed discovery with respect to industry cloud capabilities.  Facilitate the implementation.  Enable last mile configuration.  Fast track user adoption. AMPLIFY  Enhance the Industry Cloud for deploying complementary solutions.  Contextualize business solutions.  Deliver value through application and modernization. This is executed as a modular program, based on what each client needs. It can include end-to-end pillars of the framework or be executed as independent components.
