Calculating costs for a Dynamics 365 implementation can be confusing. Our aim with this calculator is to provide a starting point for budget analysis and to help categorize the Dynamics 365 apps that your users need. The results of this calculator do not include discounts for which your organization may be eligible nor any promotions from Microsoft. The calculator should not be considered a quote, but is provided for planning purposes.
Dynamics 365 may be purchased as individual apps such as Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service, and Finance & Operations, or in a bundle such as the Customer Engagement Plan, which includes rights to use multiple apps. Quantity discounts are available and some customers such as government agencies, education, and non-profits may be eligible for special pricing. If you are buying 99 or more users, the Customer Engagement Plan package quantity discount makes it less expensive than the individual apps, and the bundle offers great flexibility because it includes all the apps.
The one-day assessment takes you through an evaluation matrix to determine your licensing and subscription options. Our consultants can help you find the most cost effective approach to your Dynamics needs.
