Awareness & Design Study in Field Services: 10 Day Assessment

Alligned with the Microsoft Catalyst program we offer an Awareness & Design study focused on Field Services. This is one of the building blocks of an "Always-on-Service" strategy. The workshops are highly interactive and follow the "IDEA" methodology (Inspire; Design; Empower; Achieve.). The deliverables will be :

• Clear overview and advice in a structured report/presentation on the right solutions and enterprise architecture including Microsoft Building blocks. Depending on the desired business outcomes this can focus on a specific Dynamics 365 modules (like Field Services and Customer Services) but could also include other modules like Customer Service Insights, Power Virtual Agents, Customer Voice and Azure IoT. Especially companies that look for business outcomes beyond optimization (e.g. customer experience differentiation and service transformation) will appreciate the rich advice
• We will also include a full advice on a step-by-step approach to move from the "as-is" situation to the "to-be" situation. This will include a detailled skill gap assessment of your current staff. You will understand which roles will be needed in your company and which actions are needed to make sure user adoption and value creation is maximized.
• We will give a full description of the needed licenses and include a clear advice on the right license strategy.
• Part of the set of deliverables will be a full ROI description and calculation using the desired business outcomes (growth, efficiency, satisfaction, ...). That implies that we also create a budget overview for the CAPEX and OPEX part of this Digital Transformation.
