This is a one day workshop involving an introduction to the product and scoping/requirements for the full solution.

• Data discovery, readiness evaluation, and prioritisation
• Data sources defined and guidance on best practices provided for each
• Walkthrough of: Environment setup; data source ingestion; unify process; Power BI connection to instance; summary of next steps.

From this, Incremental Group would then produce a report and scope for full implementation.
