We begin by gaining an understanding of your business, and your team as we discuss your wins and any pain points currently facing the team to help us begin the process of focussing on the priorities you face.

We then work with your team to build the use-cases in an interactive workshop that showcases Viva Connections, Topics, Learning, Engage, Goals, and Sales, with a focus on specific modules to highlight the benefits viva can bring to your business, culminating in us delivering a detailed report and proposed roadmap to help you on your journey into Microsoft Viva and Employee Experience.
