Change Plan & Roadmap development Develop a detailed Change Plan tailored to your specific needs. Our change plan is based on experience, knowledge and most importantly by listening to and working with you on what will work best for your team.
Executive Engagement Working with your executive sponsor to understand company culture, user engagement & agree on success criteria.
User & Workflow Discovery Determine how to transition the business from current to future state. We do this by issuing our User & Workflow profiling survey to your staff to gather data in a simple 5-minute survey. We then interview up to 10 representatives from across the business to gain a deeper understanding of their workflows so that we can determine how they will get the most out of the technology.
Tailored Communications plan Customised 1-way & 2-way communications & plan are developed.
Adoption Champions training Tailored to specific customer needs and separated over two 90-minute sessions for a deeper-dive into the technology, and how the champions network can help support their team ongoing.
Tailored User training Interactive user-training tailored to your specific needs as a direct outcome of the User & Workflow profiling activity. Embedding habitual-use behaviours through a structured training plan.
Hypercare & ongoing support The Training & Adoption team provide in-depth support to users on 'go-live' day(s) to ensure a smooth launch into the use of Teams.
