Microsoft 365 Copilot unlocks new ways of working by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform ways that employees perform day-to-day office tasks such as creating documents or organizing meetings. But the introduction of Microsoft 365 requires careful planning to ensure that customers can reap the business benefits that this solution can provide.

The HCLTech Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment will help customers prepare for the roll-out of Microsoft 365 Copilot in their production environment. It provides a structured approach to assess the customer readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot both on technical and organizational level and provides a detailed list of steps that will be required for a successful implementation, covering aspects such as licensing, infrastructure, data migration, security and adoption services.

Detailed scope items that will be covered in this assessment include

• Review customer objectives and current environment incl. data and application landscape
• Identify personas, use cases and integration requirements
• Review technical readiness and remediation requirements (licensing, infrastructure, data migration, security)
• Review the rollout methodology incl. change management and adoption planning for a successful introduction to the pilot users

Outcomes

• A list of steps and remediation actions to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot to a production environment and/or beyond 300 users

• Multiple Remote Workshops (on infrastructure readiness, security, adoption planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot) with different customer stakeholders and functions
