At the end of the workshop, customers should understand the different options that are available to move forward which may include a POC/pilot project or in depth readiness assessment.
The HCLTech Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment helps customers to prepare for the roll-out of Microsoft 365 Copilot in their production environment. It provides a structured approach to assess the customer readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot both on technical and organizational level and provides recommendations for a successful implementation, covering aspects such as customer persona & use cases licensing, infrastructure, data migration, security and adoption services. It is realized as a series of workshop on different topics with the relevant stakeholders, incl. IT, security, functional leaders.
The HCLTech Microsoft 365 Copilot Proof-of-Concept Service gives customers the opportunity to validate Microsoft 365 Copilot in their own environment with a limited group of users (max 300) and for a limited duration (typically 6-12 weeks). It includes a workshop to review the technical readiness for the pilot, a phased roll out with rapid implementation for early adopters and champions, end user enablement and support during the roll out and the subsequent customer experimentation phase, adoption reporting using Microsoft reports and Microsoft 365 Copilot Operation incl. guidance to customer IT teams.
