A rapid deployment with focus on enabling commerce feature for adopters Dynamics 365 Commerce, to help them experience connected commerce via ecommerce, call center and POS.
An ideal opportunity for existing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business application clients; to explore Dynamics 365 Commerce capability and experience the flavor of Connect Commerce (POS, Call Center, ecommerce) within 4 weeks. This could go to 6 to 8 weeks depending upon number of business processes and for new adaptors to Dynamics 365 Business applications.
A sample road map will cover. Week 1: Environment Provisioning Discovery - current setup with Dynamics 365 Week 2: Design & Second Round of Discovery to ensure all configuration or setup for connected commerce is covered (BOPIS, Buy Online Edit in Call Center). Week 3: Configurations & UI/UX Coordination Week 4: End User Training Sessions Week 5 & 6: Additional time to allow for covering large number of business processes and for new adaptors to Dynamics 365 Business applications.
