Power BI Jumpstart - 8 week Implementation

The goal of the project is to display the abilities of Power BI while driving adoption and establishing a baseline of data sets, data models, and reports. This solution will also establish a security model for how the data will be accessed and consumed and leave you with design template for consistency and report branding. In Scope Services including

PLANNING (Licensing assistance, resource planning, data and technical analysis); DEVELOPMENT (Data connection, data mapping, dataset build, style guide outlining, and report development); TESTING (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report updates); PREPARATION (Creation of a security model, refresh schedule setup, Power BI display structure identification); DEPLOYMENT (Design and layout finalization, training, and Power BI service publishing).
