Strategy and Roadmap Development for Frontline Workers Digitization Journey The purpose of this assessment project is to determine the potential financial and operational impact of expanding Microsoft 365 to frontline workers. To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with an investment in this field, we first work with customers to better understand the process, current maturity, and long terms goals in improving digitization journey. As we understand the need, we will develop solutions that are relevant to your needs and business challenges and design an implementation roadmap. In this 1 Week study, we will assess the frontline worker process and technology, prepare the list of solutions for the desired stage, prepare the roadmap in line with your digitization agenda. Our agenda covers the following deliverables and outcomes: -Kick off and envisioning * Firstline worker/frontline worker as-is analysis * Technical Assessment Interviews * Scenarios * prioritization matrix * A personalized roadmap, report, and recommendations Outcome of this study is better understanding of challenges facing your Frontline Workers and a prioritized, actionable plan for 1) Microsoft 365, 2) Teams, 3)Yammer, 4) SharePoint or 5) teams specific applications (power apps, flow, power automate) for frontline workers
