Hable are a Microsoft Change Management and Adoption Partner, specialising in Accessibility. We will work with your organisation to achieve three things:

• Create the awareness of the opportunity that Accessibility in Microsoft 365 provides culturally and in terms of productivity.
• Gain buy in from key areas in the business (Execs, HR and IT) to lead with Accessibility
• Leave the organisation ready for sustainable change with assets and skills in place.

We will do this by:

• Training the core project team in Change Management and Microsoft 365 Accessibility
• Brief and train the Senior Execs on the importance of Accessibility, and gain Exec Sponsorship
• Train the HR and IT Teams on Accessibility in Microsoft 365
• Provide a "Did you know" communications campaign for your organisation, a bespoke Cultural Awareness Video and a Digital Playbook on how to develop an Inclusive Workplace.
