• Identify potential blockers and challenges ahead of a broader commitment
• Create an actionable plan outlining potential workstreams and dependencies with clear next steps

This Nasstar-led pilot will provide you with an accelerated hands on experience to demonstrate the value of Microsoft Teams Phone in your environment to:

• Align on pilot objectives by inviting key business decision makers to sponsor the pilot • Identify top use cases and scenarios for Teams Phone in your organisation • Define pilot scope and objectives for up to 50 users • Enable and configure Teams Phone with testing and validation • Provide user adoption & administrator readiness training • Regular status meetings to discuss pilot progress or challenges • Summarise key learnings, capture feedback and report on achievements • Outline next steps and recommendations for scaling the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Teams Phone
