Automation Discovery: 4-Wk Assessment

Future Workforce leads top-down assessments across priority business processes to uncover opportunities for automation and digitisation. We use our deep knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps to identify the most appropriate solutions to business problems and to develop a business case to justify the investment required.

Key deliverables during this assessment

• List of business processes in scope for assessment along with key process metrics, e.g. volumes handling times, KRIs, SLAs
