Attendees will walk away with the knowledge they need to leverage the solution within your organisation to improve efficiency and remove technical debt.

Over the course of several hands-on sessions, we work with specific examples from within your business and help you find where Power Platform can streamline and automate processes. We then guide you through building a proof of concept you can start implementing right away.

Week 1 Review and Preparation: Current State Review Provision Base Center of Excellence Solution

Overview: Introduction to Power Platform Components Introduction to Governance with the Power Platform • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) • DLP (Data Loss Prevention) • Walkthrough of Microsoft's Centre of Excellence solution

Week2 Workshop: Future State Analysis Ideation & design for a Power Platform solution to be built as a Proof of Concept (POC) Output: HLD (High Level Design Document) design doc (post-workshop)

Educate: Basic Governance/Admin In a Day" (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps Portal or Power Virtual Agent)

Review: Fusion5 will cycle back to you and assist with any questions or guidance with the Power Platform
