Copilot Studio Accelerate: 8-Hr Proof of Concept

This POC aims to show how Microsoft Copilot Studio can help you speed up the creation and deployment of smart conversational agents that use natural language understanding and generative AI answers.
By the end of this POC, you will see how we can:

• Easily and flexibly build custom copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Use the Generative Answers feature to let the copilot answer complex questions from diverse sources of data.
• Assess the quality and relevance of the answers produced by your Copilot.

The POC will involve showing a custom copilot that was created with Microsoft Copilot Studio, and will concentrate on a specific area, completed within 8 hours.

The engagement will follow this agenda:

• A workshop of one to two hours to choose a use case based on your current business needs.
• Setting up the Generative Answers feature in Microsoft Copilot Studio using the data source decided in the workshop.
• Setting up to three topics using the default Copilot Studio NLU Model
• Personalized Greeting topic
• Personalized Fallback topic
• A presentation back to you with a demonstration

Please note the following points for this POC, as it is not a complete solution delivery:
The purpose of the demonstration is to show how the product can handle a specific use case, not to provide a final product.
The POC will use a Microsoft Demo Tenant, which has an expiration date that cannot be extended.
The access to the Copilot experience will be through the Copilot Demo website channel linked to the Microsoft Demo Tenant
