The Talent Ace system has been developed to optimize Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Management activities of an organization. Talent Ace is a robust and versatile solution designed to manage and optimize the entire hiring lifecycle. It empowers HR Managers, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Interviewers, and Executives with tools to efficiently create job postings, manage candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, and finalize hiring decisions. By automating key tasks, providing real-time insights, and enhancing communication, Talent Ace ensures a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with organizational objectives. The app concludes with candidate onboarding, with no post-onboarding processes, and maintains compliance with internal policies while fostering a collaborative hiring environment.

 A rich and interactive user interface in the form of a canvas Power Apps application. It automates various manual activities at every stage thus eliminating any risk of human error.
 The collaboration between different stakeholders at different stages of hiring process will be more structured.
