HRMS App includes two power apps ready for you to just plug and play. Both the apps are role based as follows:

Managers App

This is a browser-based model driven app for users who will approve submissions or create projects. Following features are inbuilt:

• Candidate onboarding process
• Automated interview scheduling via Microsoft Teams
• Manage candidates
• Manage projects
• Approve/Reject timesheets
• Approve/Reject leaves

•   Approve/Reject expenses
  

•   Automated user creation on date of joining
  

Staff App

This app is for staff members and can be used via native power apps mobile app or on a browser. Following features are inbuilt:

• Staff Dashboard
• Timesheet entry and status
• Leave entry and status
• Expense entry and status
• e-Business cards with automatic contact creation on mobiles

The process

Although, this is a plug and play app; you might want us to tailor the app as per your needs. We would require at least a day for installation, and we have kept 4 days for any changes or training you might require on time and materials basis. Deliverables are as follows:

• Installation of both the apps on your environment
• Share the app with required users
• User Guide
• As-Built document
• Four days of consulting/development is included in the price
