The Endpoint Management Workshop is 3 week workshop that will help you showcase the value of Microsoft 365, leading with Microsoft Endpoint Manager to show your customers how to manage users’ devices, apps, and identities from anywhere. Deliverables include: • Educating customers about how they can improve their current endpoint and device management practices • Demonstrating how you can discover existing endpoints using their tenant capabilities, and protecting them from threats • Securing customers’ identities with easy-to-use multifactor authentication and automatic, risk-based conditional access from any device • Enabling user productivity by giving them access to the apps they need on whichever device they want to use Workshop requirements In this workshop the expectation is that you have covered the following topics: • Identity Fundamentals using Azure Active Directory (Self-Service Password Reset, MFA, Conditional Access) • Microsoft Endpoint Manager Fundamentals (Enroll, Configure, Protect) • Windows 11 Management • MDM Migration • User device support (Support & Retire) • Endpoint Analytics The following activities must be completed: • Device Enrollment • Policy Deployment • Findings & recommendations, and next steps To successfully complete this workshop, you will need to activate the Endpoint Management Workshop trial license within the customer tenant.
