TC01: - Assessment

Our offer is designed for customers who plan to implement Microsoft Teams for collaboration, calling and meeting purposes. EXAPROBE will conduct an assessment to:

• Define high level target architecture and solutions according to the customer environment
• Define the major prerequisite for the target solution
• Assess solution implementation, migration planning and change management
• Define a business plan for the target solution
• Realize a proof of concept presenting a different uses cases provided by the target solution

Our offer assessment is conducted in 3 phases:

• Discovery (1 week): Conduct workshops to gather current organization, processes and architecture and to draft expectations, stakes and constraints.
• Analyze & Recommend (2 weeks): o Share and adjust through many sprints the target solution following many axes o Move gradually towards the target solution o Deliver high level design, list of deliverables, prerequisites and assumptions o Define the project planning o Provide a TCO for the selected solution
• Present & POC (1 week): o Realize a Proof of Concept of the target solution o Set up a showroom representing the use cases provided by the target solution

Our assessment approach helps customers to clarify their transition to Teams calling and meeting and it accelerates Teams calling and meeting adoption
