This is done via various workshops involving team members from both the client and Esco to design, plan and build these solutions over a period of engagement sessions. After the workshops are completed, a full document solution pack will be provided to the customer to act further on.
An ESCO Modern Workplace consultant will provide technical insights into MTR and Surface Hub deployment components and requirements.
The initial workshops will focus on explaining the Platform, Network, Security, and Management requirements and options for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub. The client will be asked to provide feedback and decisions on current state, implementation approach, and next steps.
ESCO will provide oversight and expertise to the client in reviewing the platform and network services required for Teams Meeting devices. An experienced UC engineer will work with nominated client personnel to demonstrate/oversee the review.
