Viva Topics Quick Start: 12-Wk Implementation

We have seen that the best intranets provide employees with access to the knowledge they need, as they need it. Viva Topics makes it even easier for people to connect to knowledge, no matter where the information resides. We’ve designed our Viva Topics Quick Start for organisations with the modern SharePoint experience enabled.

Leverage our experience with a Viva Topics Quick Start project, we will break our engagement into 3 focus areas:

Part 1. Developing your Viva Topics strategy

Determine business scenarios and success criteria, identify content sources and a curation model, and map the skills and roles needed to people in your organisation.

Part 2. Preparing your Viva Topics rollout plan

Based on the strategy, the rollout plan addresses piloting and scaling, training and communications, and establishing a network of knowledge managers or subject matter experts to manage and curate Topics.

Part 3. Launching Viva Topics to your organisation​

To support the rollout plan, we provide a branded communication to announce the roll out of Viva Topics and a Viva Topics quick reference guide.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 12 weeks, including a 4-week pilot. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
