Viva Learning Roadmap: 3-Day Workshop

As your employees are challenged with a growing imbalance between work and life, increased burnout and decreased wellbeing, there is an urgent need to reimagine the hybrid employee experience.

Viva Learning Roadmap is designed specifically for organisations who want to improve employee experience through fostering a continuous learning culture.

Together, we’ll unpack the current state of your organisation, get a deeper understand of Viva Learning functionality and build a pathway to launch.

Day 1. Assess

• Firstly, we will gather information on key business scenarios, define scope and business stakeholders and introduce Microsoft Viva Learning.

Day 2. Art of the possible

• Explore Viva Learning and the benefits of an integrated employee learning experience for both managers and employees. Undertake an immersive experience across Viva Learning, including learning pathways portal and LinkedIn Learn.

Day 3. Build your plan

• Planning is essential to rolling out new learning capability. This session builds upon your newfound knowledge and helps to prioritise the key scenarios and build out next steps into a high-level implementation plan.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 1-2 weeks. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
