Viva Learning Quick-Start: 6-Wk Implementation

That’s where Viva Learning comes in. Viva Learning Quick Start is designed specifically for organisations who want to improve employee experience through establishing either a pilot or implementation of Viva Learning, which will help to foster a continuous learning culture.

Together, we’ll unpack the current learning state of your organisation and work together to enable Viva Learning to your organisation, helping to lay the foundations for what the learning future looks like across three phases:

1. Discovery
• We will look to understand your current state learning technology ecosystem. We'll help you to understand key learning challenges you need to overcome; and determine the relevant personas and business scenarios for Viva Learning. We will map Viva Learning roles and responsibilities and identify how Viva Learning will support your business objectives to grow user capability and education.

2. Prepare your Viva Learning Roll Out Plan

• We will work with your team to design a fit for purpose change and adoption plan that recommends forms of training and communications to support a pilot user group, that can be leveraged for a wider implementation. We will also create a roadmap of activities to support an enterprise-wide launch of Viva Learning.

3. Launch Viva Learning to your organization

• We’ll support you to configure and deploy Viva Learning, plus free content through LinkedIn & Microsoft available content. Your team will be prepared with an understanding of ongoing support activities and our expert adoption specialists will develop, in consultation with your team, a communication artefact to announce the pilot roll out of Viva Learning.
