Designed as a three-part engagement, this workshop showcases the art of the possible with Microsoft Viva Connections. We’ll share insights on how you can harness the power of SharePoint Online and Viva Connections to transform and engage your employees in a frictionless, curated experience.

Together we’ll unpack the challenges and pain points you’re facing today, identify opportunities and prioritise use cases to support a more connected and engaged workforce. After assessing your needs, we’ll design an actionable roadmap that’s tailored to the unique needs of your business and people.

Agenda:

1. Day 1 - Prepare: We’ll run a series of discovery activities to understand your current technical landscape, frontline worker communication challenged and business requirements.
2. Day 2 - Envision workshop: A workshop designed to envision ‘the art of the possible’ and further define what the employee experience will look like for you. This workshop will look at the communication opportunities using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (including app templates), Yammer and Microsoft Viva Connections.
3. Day 3 - Build your plan: Develop a tailored strategy to address identified challenges and communication opportunities, fitting into your broader digital roadmap.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 1-2 weeks. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
